Ingredients

2 tbsp butter

1 c heavy cream

½ parm

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tbsp Gochujang

12 oz pasta

Directions
Step 1
Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water right before draining.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter and add the garlic. Cook until fragrant.
Step 3
Add in the gochujang and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 4
Add in heavy cream and seasonings and bring to a simmer before adding parm and mixing in until smooth before adding pasta and pasta water as needed.
