Ingredients
For the Cheesecake
2 8oz cream cheese softened
⅓ c granulated sugar
1 ½ tablespoons confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/1/4 c heavy whipping cream
For the Crust
1 sleeve Everything Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
For the Topping
Everything bagel seasoning
Directions
Step 1
Use food processor or finely crush Ritz crackers and combine with melted butter.
Step 2
Add to spring form pan and use back of measuring cup to push down and around the edges so it's even.
Step 3
Freeze while you make the cheesecake filling.
Step 4
Whip your heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks and set aside.
Step 5
Mix your remaining ingredients (first cream your cream cheese and granulated sugar) and then fold in your whipped cream.
Step 6
Add to your crust and smooth out.
Step 7
Top with everything bagel seasoning and refrigerate overnight!
